About Me

Who am I?

As a graduate student in Computer Science at Portland State University, I possess a fervent passion for web development that has been nurtured since my undergraduate studies. My journey as a web developer commenced with an internship at Techsalicious, a promising start-up company in India, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience in the field. Although web development has been my primary focus, my intellectual curiosity and the boundless potential of technology have sparked my interest in the field of data science. I am eager to embark on a career in data science that will allow me to apply my technical acumen and creative problem-solving skills.

DETECTION OF LUNG TUBERCULOSIS

This ML project aims to detect lung tuberculosis using machine learning algorithms. The study focuses on comparing the performance of KNN classifiers and the Boosting Algorithm in predicting TB diagnosis. Results indicate that the Boosting Algorithm is the most effective in accurately predicting TB diagnosis, which can lead to earlier detection and treatment.

IRC Project

A team of three developers, including myself, collaborated to create an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) system consisting of an IRC server and client interface. Our primary objective during the first semester was to implement chat functionality for the system, which enables users to connect and communicate using personalized usernames. However, we have set ambitious goals for the project's future, which include the incorporation of voice functionality and secure messaging features.

Soccer Management System

This project focuses on developing a soccer management system using a dataset containing information about goal details, player details, coach, and referee details. The system will provide an organized and well-documented approach to the game, keeping track of statistics on teams, players, events, and more. The database includes tables for goal details, match details, penalty shootout, player in-out, and others. The system will be designed to handle data related to various types of goals, substituted players, missed goals, win-lose or draw status, goal difference, and more. Overall, the project aims to create an efficient and user-friendly platform for managing and analyzing soccer-related data.
